Stress can be caused by changes in your personal or work circumstances, which may be potential loss of your job, moving home, breakdown in a relationship, getting that promotion you have been working towards or taking on more responsibilities.
There are several symptom signs of stress which you may be experience, this could be inconsistencies at work, missing deadlines, not performing at your best, you may notice subtle changes in your behaviour like losing your temper easily, you may notice that you are becoming nervous, increase in headaches or sleep disturbance.
